The Congruence App is a user-friendly, evidence-based self-coaching toolbox intended to aid in cultivating new mindsets to navigate obstacles, manage emotions, muster courage and motivation, make well-informed choices, and engage socially.

Congruence, developed with input from teenagers, integrates interactive audio coaching activities that empower users to explore their own strategies for addressing issues, uncovering strengths, and gaining insights. Sessions are saved for future reference—a personalized log of personal growth and transformation. The app is entirely voice-activated, eliminating the need for typing or reading.

Self-efficacy fosters agency and self-respect, essential ingredients for a productive and fulfilling life.
